Ausfilm International Incorporated (“Ausfilm”), located at Building 23C, Disney Studios Australia, 38 Driver Avenue, Moore Park, NSW 2021 Australia, is the "data controller" responsible for the personal information you provide in relation to the event “Partner with Australia - UK” (the “Event”).

We collect and process the following information when you register for the Event:
Basic contact details (e.g., name, email, phone number)

Photographs and video footage taken during the event
3. Why We Collect It (Purpose & Legal Basis)
We process your data based on the following legal grounds:
Consent: you hereby consent to our collection and processing of your personal information for the specific purpose of Ausfilm managing your registration to the Event, enabling your attendance at the Event, and to communicate important Event details to you. You can withdraw consent for the storage and processing of data at any time by emailing info@ausfilm.com.au.
Legitimate Interests: To enable your full participation in the Event, capture media for promoting the Event, and to tailor our event experience (e.g., catering) to attendee needs. You can object to media capture at any time.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
Apart from sharing your information between the two hosting companies (Ausfilm and Screen Australia), we do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We only share it with:
Service Providers: Trusted third-party web developers, secure hosting providers, or registration platforms who help us run the Website, under strict confidentiality agreements.
Legal Obligations: If required by law, regulation, or court order.
5. Data Retention and Accessibility
We take your privacy seriously and restrict how long and where your data is stored:
Not Publicly Facing: Your data is not visible to the general public or searchable on public search engines.
Delegate Access Only: To facilitate networking, your profile details are visible inside the private portal only to other officially registered and logged-in event delegates until 1 August 2026.
Website Data Deletion (By 1 September): To ensure data minimization, all delegate contact information will be permanently deleted from the Website's hosting infrastructure by 1 September. The underlying website infrastructure and framework will be retained for future use, but it will no longer hold your personal contact details.
Company Database Retention: While data is removed from the Website itself, both Ausfilm and Screen Australia will securely retain your contact details in our respective internal company databases for future correspondence.
6. Cookies
We use web browser cookies on this website. Cookies are small pieces of information we store on your computer. These cookies do not contain information by which Ausfilm can identify you.
